Meet The Crew

Michael Kaufman
Captain
Captain Michael Kaufman
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Captain Michael Kaufman developed a lifelong passion for the ocean through sailing, SCUBA diving, and exploring the waters of the Caribbean. Coming from a family with generations of sailing experience, he spent much of his childhood on the water, while early adventures in the British Virgin Islands and the Bahamas sparked a lasting appreciation for tropical cruising and discovering new destinations.
While studying chemistry at Florida State University, Michael competed on the university's sailing team for four years. As president of the sailing club, he also enjoyed teaching others to sail, finding particular satisfaction in helping students build confidence and develop their skills on the water. It was during time spent working in the Bahamas while attending university that he realized he wanted to turn his passion for sailing into a full-time career.
After graduating, Michael earned his USCG Captain's License and moved to the Cayman Islands, where he spent nearly three years operating charter catamarans. He later returned to South Florida to work with a captain services company, gaining valuable experience through charters, yacht deliveries, and vessel operations aboard a variety of luxury sailing yachts. His experience across different vessels, destinations, and conditions has shaped him into a confident, adaptable, and resourceful captain. He later completed his RYA Yachtmaster Offshore qualification in South Africa, along with his PADI Divemaster certification, before returning to the Caribbean waters that first inspired his career.
Michael believes the best adventures begin with curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to embrace new experiences. Whether introducing guests to the beauty of the islands, sharing his love of sailing, or helping them discover life beneath the surface, he is dedicated to creating safe, memorable, and rewarding experiences that guests will remember long after their charter has ended.

Morgan Keeley
Chef/First Mate
Chef Morgan Keeley
With more than ten years of experience in professional hospitality, Chef Morgan Keeley has developed a genuine passion for bringing people together through food. She finds her greatest joy in creating meals that make guests feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at home.
Morgan's love of cooking began at an early age, baking with her family and helping prepare dinners alongside her mother. At just 15, she started working in busy cafés and kitchens throughout Kent and London, gaining experience as a barista, baker, bartender, and brunch chef while building the strong culinary foundation that continues to shape her cooking today.
Her sense of adventure eventually led her to Cornwall, where what was meant to be a summer escape quickly became home. Living in a small fishing village, she worked in a popular beachfront café and a well-loved local pub renowned for its celebrated feast nights. Preparing meals for hundreds of guests each day while working alongside local farmers and fishermen gave Morgan a deep appreciation for fresh, seasonal ingredients—particularly seafood—and continues to influence her menus today.
Drawn once again by adventure, Morgan traded life ashore for the sea, training as a professional yacht chef before spending a busy summer as sole chef aboard sailing catamarans throughout Europe. Now setting her sights on the Caribbean, she looks forward to sharing her passion for fresh, flavorful cuisine while creating memorable dining experiences for every guest who steps aboard.
When she's not in the galley, Morgan can usually be found swimming in the ocean, curled up with a good book, or planning her next solo adventure to somewhere she's never been before.
Captain Michael Kaufman and Chef Morgan Keeley bring together a shared love of the ocean, travel, and genuine hospitality. Michael's lifelong passion for sailing and exploring the Caribbean complements Morgan's enthusiasm for creating fresh, memorable meals that bring people together. Together, they believe the best charters combine adventure, relaxation, and thoughtful personal service.
Whether introducing guests to spectacular anchorages, sharing time on the water, or gathering around beautifully prepared meals at the end of the day, Michael and Morgan are dedicated to creating an experience that feels welcoming, personal, and filled with lasting memories.
