Hi, I’m Max. A lot of what I enjoy revolves around the ocean. Sailing, spearfishing, freediving and line fishing are a big part of my life. Even when I’m not working on a boat, there’s a good chance you’ll find me somewhere on or in the water. Spearfishing is one of my biggest passions. I love getting in the water, exploring different spots and learning how the fish move and behave. It takes patience, and some days you spend plenty of time searching without finding what you’re looking for, but that’s all part of it. I enjoy the challenge and being able to keep improving every time I go out.
I also love free diving and dive to depths of up to 20 meters. There’s something special about taking a breath and heading down into the quiet, with no equipment noise around you. It takes focus and a good understanding of your limits, and it’s given me a real respect for the ocean. Sometimes just exploring below the surface is enough to make it a great day. I’m just as happy with a fishing rod in my hands. I particularly enjoy offshore fishing—the preparation, choosing the tackle and waiting for that first bite. Once a fish takes the line, everything can change in a second, and that excitement never gets old. I’m always up for talking fishing, swapping stories and picking up a few tips from someone else.
Sailing has become both my career and something I enjoy personally. I’ve sailed monohulls and catamarans, completed deliveries and offshore passages, and hold a commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore sailing qualification alongside my Master 200 GT. I like the practical side of sailing and the fact that there’s always more to learn, no matter how much time you’ve spent at sea.
Teaching sailing is something I also really enjoy. It’s rewarding to see someone go from being unsure of themselves to confidently steering the boat and understanding how the sails work. I like explaining things in a straightforward way, letting people have a go and helping them build confidence through experience.
Outside of that, I’m into wakeboarding, snorkeling and pretty much any water sport I getthe chance to try. I enjoy being active, discovering new places and spending time with people who share that sense of adventure. Give me a boat, some fishing gear and
somewhere to explore, and I’m happy.
My name is Adina Lemke, and I am a Swedish Chef/Stewardess from a small town in Sweden. I grew up sailing with my family, which gave me an early love for the ocean and a natural connection to life onboard.
My background combines hospitality with experience aboard private and charter yachts, in roles ranging from Deck/Stewardess to Second Stewardess and relief Chief Stewardess.
These experiences have taught me to be adaptable, organized and attentive to the details that make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
Cooking is a part of my work that I particularly enjoy. With culinary training in Sweden and practical onboard experience, I love preparing fresh, beautifully presented meals inspired by Scandinavian traditions, Mediterranean flavours and international cuisine.
Seafood, generous breakfasts and homemade desserts are favorites of mine, and I enjoy adapting dishes to guests’ preferences and dietary requirements.
I have also lived in South Korea, where I studied the Korean language and culture while staying with a Korean family. Sharing their everyday life gave me a deeper appreciation of their traditions, food and hospitality, and continues to inspire both my
cooking and the way I connect with people.
Outside work, I enjoy travel, art, languages and spending time by the ocean. I bring curiosity, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to life onboard, whether I am preparing a meal, looking after guests or supporting my crew through a busy charter.
