Captain Bryan Mason
After years of global exploration, Captain Bryan found his true home on the stunning waters of the Virgin Islands. His path to the helm was anything but ordinary, shaped by curiosity, adventure, and a desire to create meaningful experiences.

Bryan’s travels first took him through Mexico and Chile, where he worked as a volunteer, and later to England and Spain, where he studied philosophy and law. He then spent more than a decade practicing as an attorney in Chicago before trading his suit for sea boots and heading north to work in commercial salmon fishing in Alaska.

In 2016, Bryan relocated to St. Thomas, where his connection to the sea continued to grow. After Hurricanes Irma and Maria swept through the Caribbean, he received what he calls his “Category-5 nudge” to finally pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a captain.

Since then, Bryan has built a successful career in the yachting industry, completing more than 1,000 charters and welcoming over 6,300 guests aboard. Known for his calm professionalism, thoughtful hospitality, and strong nautical knowledge, he has consistently earned five-star reviews and enthusiastic guest praise.

With a deep love for the ocean, an adventurous spirit, and a commitment to exceptional service, Captain Bryan takes pride in helping guests experience the beauty of the Virgin Islands and create unforgettable memories on the water.

Chef Annie Schwandner
Chef/Mate Annie Schwandner is a professionally trained chef and graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Her experience spans private dining, restaurants, pop-ups, and luxury hospitality, giving her a versatile culinary background rooted in creativity, organization, and thoughtful guest service.

Annie’s cooking is globally inspired, drawing from French, Mediterranean, Japanese, Caribbean, and modern American cuisines. She focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients and carefully considered presentation, creating meals that feel vibrant, personal, and memorable.

Comfortable designing bespoke menus for both intimate groups and larger parties, Annie enjoys tailoring each dining experience to her guests’ preferences. From health-conscious breakfasts and relaxed lunches to refined multicourse dinners, she brings flexibility, warmth, and creativity to every menu while thoughtfully accommodating dietary needs.

With a love of travel, the ocean, and guest-centered hospitality, Annie brings a calm and adaptable energy aboard. She is also PADI-certified and serves as Chef/Mate, combining strong galley skills with a hands-on, team-focused approach to life at sea.
