Francisco & Olivia — Crew Bio
Francisco and Olivia are an Argentine couple whose shared love of the ocean, travel, hospitality, and adventure brought them together while living and working in Australia. After calling Byron Bay home, they moved aboard and completed a successful first charter season together in the BVI, also exploring the waters around Saint Martin. Now returning for their second Caribbean season, they look forward to welcoming guests aboard Andiamo.
Francisco grew up in Buenos Aires and has sailed on the Río de la Plata throughout his life. He holds a Boat Master license and STCW certification, combining his lifelong connection to sailing with hands-on charter experience and a calm, attentive approach to life aboard.
Olivia was also born in Buenos Aires, where she trained as a certified chef. A certified sommelier, art historian, and Pilates and yoga instructor, she brings creativity and thoughtful detail to the guest experience — from beautifully prepared meals and wine pairings to relaxed morning movement sessions.
Together, they believe the best charters combine exceptional service with an easygoing atmosphere: the feeling of sailing with friends, with all the comforts and attention of a luxury vacation. Warm, flexible, and attentive, they enjoy getting to know their guests while respecting their privacy and tailoring each week to their preferences.
Francisco and Olivia take over Andiamo following three successful seasons with Francisco’s brother Juan and his wife Rochi. This family connection carries forward the warm, personalized hospitality that has become part of Andiamo’s character, while bringing fresh energy and their own style aboard.
From discovering a quiet BVI anchorage and snorkeling in clear Caribbean waters to sunset cocktails and dinner under the stars, Francisco and Olivia look forward to making every week aboard Andiamo feel effortless, personal, and unforgettable.
